- Account information: When you sign in, we associate your account with identifiers from your authentication provider (e.g., Strava).
- Preferences: Unit preferences (km/mi), theme settings, and configuration.
B. Information We Receive from Strava
If you connect Strava, we access information necessary to provide the Service:
- Profile information (athlete ID, name, image).
- Activity data (runs, distance, dates) for mileage calculation.
- Gear data (shoes/gear list) for wear tracking.
C. Diagnostics / Telemetry
We collect limited diagnostics (device model, OS version, error logs) to maintain reliability. We do not use this for advertising.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to provide the Service (sync data, track mileage), maintain reliability, provide support, and improve security.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers operating the Service, for legal reasons, or in business transfers.
4. Data Storage and Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, though no transmission method is 100% secure.
5. Data Retention
We retain information as long as necessary to provide the Service. You may request deletion.
6. Your Choices
Disconnecting Strava: You can remove TreadLeft access in Strava settings.
Access/Deletion: Contact us to access, correct, or delete your data.
